EEffectGuardHUBSPOT PILOT

SHARED WRITE COORDINATION · PYTHON · x402

One form submission.
One recorded HubSpot note.

Wrap note creation in a shared guard. Cooperating agents use the same source event ID; repeated attempts recover the recorded note ID. An uncertain CRM outcome stops another write for review.

For developers with repeated CRM writes

Use this pilot when retries or multiple workers can create unwanted notes for the same form submission. Every writer must use the adapter and share the same enrolled account. Your runtime creates the note; EffectGuard coordinates permission and records the result.

A local unique key or your existing coordinator may already solve this. The hosted service is a hypothesis for teams that need shared coordination across runtimes. We have not measured customer savings.

Start on a dedicated test contact

  1. 1
Try it without a wallet or HubSpot key

After installing the kit, run python -m scripts.crm_agent demo. Two sequential workers, one simulated note. Run it again: zero new note writes. State survives process restarts; no LLM service is needed.

  2. 2
Use your dedicated HubSpot test contact

The quickstart prepares and runs the local test in one command. Use a contact named EffectGuard Pilot. The optional hosted test costs at most 0.02 USDC: choose MetaMask signatures or automatic signing by a separate local test wallet.

  3. 3
Tell us whether it helps your workflow

The feedback command prints a summary without credentials, record IDs or wallet details. We are looking for developers who already handle retries or competing writers. Read the tester brief.

Your credentials stay with you

Enter your HubSpot token only in your local runtime. MetaMask keeps wallet keys in the extension; the optional automatic mode uses a separate test-wallet key in your local Python process. EffectGuard receives the portal ID and a note-payload hash, without the HubSpot token, wallet key, contact ID or note body. Local state contains private API access and receipts; retain it privately.

What has been verified?

Owner-run technical test, 7 October 2026: two x402 purchases of 0.01 USDC each, one HubSpot note POST, and the same note ID for both attempts. A later run recovered both results with no new authorization or note POST. The operator export reported three facilitator-confirmed payments and one older incomplete entry.

These are owner tests and x402 receipts, not external demand or an independent blockchain audit. Local tests also cover competing workers, changed payloads and missing provider replies. Production duplicate frequency, business savings and willingness to pay remain unmeasured.

Read reuse remains available

For JSON read coordination, see the read integration guide. Matching reads can be reused within 30 seconds under an explicitly configured contract.
