EffectGuard: looking for HubSpot automation developers Does your agent or worker sometimes repeat a HubSpot note when a task is retried? We have a small Python pilot that coordinates cooperating writers around one stable source event ID and recovers the recorded note ID on repeated attempts. Start here: https://effectguard-x402-experiment.onrender.com/agent Download the kit, install its requirements, then: python -m scripts.crm_agent demo The first demo uses a simulated CRM and no wallet, keys or payments. The guard uses local HTTP and persistent state. Repeat it to check recovery across runs. Next, you can use your own dedicated EffectGuard Pilot contact in HubSpot. The optional hosted x402 test signs two checks, maximum 0.02 USDC total, using MetaMask or a separate local test wallet. Each new logical preflight is 0.01 USDC, including blocked/wait/review results; same-purchase recovery is free. Who fits: you maintain Python agent/worker code, can wrap every note write, can persist a source-assigned event ID, and have a real retry/concurrency problem. All cooperating writers must share the guard account and follow the adapter. A local unique key may already meet your needs; we'd like to understand that too. This is not an installed MCP/n8n connector or an exactly-once guarantee. What we'd like to learn: 1. What causes repeated writes in your existing workflow? 2. How do you handle this today, and what is still difficult? 3. How long did setup take, and where did you get stuck? 4. Would you use this again? Would per-check pricing fit your expected volume? 5. What would be needed before you could use it outside a test contact? The owner has verified the combined paid HubSpot flow and purchase recovery. External customer demand, actual duplicate frequency and savings are unmeasured. Keep the state folder; do not retry an unknown outcome with a new event. Feedback command: python -m scripts.crm_agent feedback --state-dir agent-demo Replace agent-demo with agent-hubspot or agent-paid as appropriate. Send only that summary and your answers through the channel where you joined the pilot. Nothing is uploaded automatically. Do not send keys, private state or raw reports.
